Once I became a Sushi chef


I once made an artwork back in 2009 in Scotland, myself naked holding a big fish.

Never thought that I was gonna hold a real fish 14 years later to cook!

The actual fish I'm holding is called Inada, which is a younger version of yellowtail.

Well, my American friend would call them just 'fish'. LOL
